• Get at least 67 points out of 100 from the assessment table.
• Must have an IRCC Work permit with at least 4 months validity.
• Must have a post-secondary education degree or diploma.
• Intent to settle in the province.
• Must possess proper funds and financial resources to immigrate.

2. Skilled worker pathway:

Through this pathway, skilled workers with a valid job offer or are working with a work permit can apply for immigration.

Requirements: 

• Have a full-time job offer in the province.
• Must be working on a work permit in the province.
• Have the skills, training, and experience in a particular job.
• Intent to live in the province
• Language ability in French and English

3. International Graduate Pathway:

This stream is for the candidates who are freshly graduated with a work permit and a valid job offer from the province’s businesses.

Requirements:

• Must have a post-graduate work permit with a validity of at least 4 months.
• Job offer from the employer and must hold one year of experience in related or unrelated educational background.
• Age must be in the range of 21 to 59 years.
• Language ability in English and French is required.

4. Priority skills NL Pathway:

This stream deals with the candidates who have great skills, experience, and candidates with high-educational levels.

Requirements:

• The candidate must take the IELTS or CELPIP language test with a CLB score of 5 or more.
• Must have completed Ph.D. or Master’s program from the province with specialization in technology, healthcare, aquaculture, and agriculture.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience is required to apply.
• Have the intent to live in Newfoundland and Labrador province.

5. International Graduate Entrepreneur Pathway:

This works for the graduated from a North Atlantic College or Memorial University and have already invested in a local business.

Requirements:

• Must be in the age group of 21 to 59 years.
• Show a plan of business and supporting documents.
• Have a legal post-graduate work permit.
