There are mainly 4 ways to apply for the SINP programs –

• International Skilled Worker Category: This helps the skilled workers from other countries who want to live and work in Saskatchewan.
• Saskatchewan Experience Category: In this category, the applications of foreign work professionals who are already working in the territory get processed.
• Entrepreneur Category: This category deals with the business persons who want to establish a business.
• Farm Category: This category deals with the permit of skilled farmers to own or operate a farm in the territory.

You can apply for 3 categories for the SINP –

• Saskatchewan Express Entry: For candidates who are applying for nomination through the online Express Entry program.
• Occupation-in-demand: For the candidates who have a skilled job as per the Saskatchewan in-demand job list.
• Employment offer: For those candidates who have a valid job offer from the Province’s businesses.

The process to apply for the SINP visa are the following –

• Apply for the nomination: The applicant who has applied for Expression of Interest might receive the Notification of Interest from the provincial office. Or the applicant can directly approach the Office of the Saskatchewan Province.
• Receive a nomination: If the candidate fulfills the criteria for nomination, they will receive a nomination from the provincial office. Along with other requirements, the availability of sufficient settlement funds is also considered by Saskatchewan.
• Apply for the Visa: After receiving the nomination, the applicant can apply for permanent residence with IRCC.
