Have a legitimate job offer
Language ability with CLB level 7 and above.
Have an ECA report.
Entrepreneurial Stream:
This stream works for senior business managers or experienced owners who want to settle in the province.
Post-Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream:
This works for foreign citizens who have studied or graduated in New Brunswick. The candidates must own or manage a business with at least 1 year of experience. The candidate must have studied for a two-year postgraduate degree as well.
Skilled Workers with Employer Support: This stream works for highly skilled foreign workers with a valid job offer from an employer in New Brunswick. The job offer should be included in NOC National Occupational Classification Skill Level B, A, or 0. If that the job offer is for NOC Skill Level D or C, it should be arranged as a NOC Skill Type 9, 8, 7, 3, or 1 for being considered as legitimate.
